PDF and XML Electronic Form Files

Nelco's government-compliant library of federal and state wage reporting forms is available in PDF format to provide print preview and printing functionality to your desktop or web-based application.  In addition, Nelco also provides compatible XML data files and a PDF / XML programming code library to aid in integrating PDF forms with your application.

This technology can assist you in adding print preview and printing functionality to your program.  It enables you to collect data in your application, then merge and display both form and variable data as a PDF file in Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Field files for PDF forms are available in the industry-standard XML format.  The XML file also serves as a container for the variable data in your program.  Once the variable data from your application is added to the XML file, the XML and PDF files are merged to display both form and data.

All PDF files are Adobe PDF version 1.2 and adhere to our strict form development standards, which are fully compliant with government regulations.  In addition, fonts are embedded in the PDF file so there is no need for your users to download or install additional fonts.
