The printing and mailing of required recipient and payer wage form copies at year-end can be a time-consuming task.  Nelco provides you with the tools to offer your users a simple solution.

Automated time saving options:

Recipient Form Print and Mail

• Form data is sent to Nelco and formatted for printing
• Forms print and mail within 2-3 business days once received
• Users can choose to have Nelco can print the copies and mail in bulk to specified addresses or mail direct to recipients

Payer Copy Print and Mail

• The payer state and local copies of the forms are printed and mailed in bulk
• The payer archive copies of the forms are printed and mailed in bulk
• Payer copies are generally mailed within 10 business days from the submission

Archiving Services

• Nelco offers payer and recipient PDF file copies on CD-ROM
• CD’s are sent within 3-5 business days from the date of submission
